The "Ohligsmühle" building complex was built in Wuppertal-Elberfeld. The concrete working joints were securely sealed with Fradiflex® metal water stop.
With an investment volume of approx. 40 million Euros, this generously proportioned structure with staggered building wings is designed for flexible usage. The creatively shaped exposed concrete elements and the floor-to-ceiling windows characterize its modern appearance. The new building is a tailor-made green building which uses energy and resources efficiently.
The Egcobox® cantilever connector was used in the new building to thermally decouple the ceiling from the load-bearing external facade. MAX FRANK's Stremaform® system ideally met the formwork requirements for the working joints. The concrete working joints were securely sealed with the Fradiflex® metal water stop.
