Research and Technology Centre Rosen

The Rosen Group's approx. 25 million Euro new building became necessary when the staff almost tripled within a few years. Based on research into work, "Open Space" is the name of the new office concept. Shorter paths and direct communication are designed to increase efficiency.

MAX FRANK Tubbox^® column formers for blowhole-free circular columns of diameter of 450 mm were used in the construction of the concrete columns. MAX FRANK pile cage spacers were installed to ensure a 35 mm concrete cover. The MAX FRANK Fradiflex metal water stop was found to be an economical and cost-effective solution for sealing the concrete working joints.
