Permanent “self-supporting” concrete jointing system.
Stremaform® is the proven “self-supporting” concrete to concrete jointing system. It enables the Contractor to pour a sequence of concrete pours, whilst attaining an established concrete bond throughout the joint, ultimately reducing the construction period.
Traditional formwork, which can be tricky and messy, is now an unnecessary task. Unlike similar products available on the market, Stremaform® is a permanent “self-supporting” system – so props, removal of the formwork and scabbling of the concrete surface are not required. It also provides an easy solution for allowing continuity steel to pass through the jointing system, without the need for curtailing continuity reinforcement.
Stremaform® is suitable for slabs, bases and walls of various concrete depths. The system can incorporate various features, such as waterstops, reinforcement dowels and crack-inducing elements, for may applications.
The construction of any concrete joint is simplified by using Stremaform® self-supporting permanent jointing system – the process is thus accelerated allowing significant time and cost advantages to be achieved on-site.
